Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services

          All our service packages include the following:

  • Meet & Greet service for all our services and packages.
  • 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time at all airports.
  • 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time at all other locations, such as hotels, private addresses, train and bus stations, and ports.
  • Still and room‑temperature Swedish bottled water (please inform us in your booking if you prefer well‑chilled water).
  • Complimentary high‑speed internet (WiFi). (Availability cannot be guaranteed as it depends on external technical factors. However, we have not experienced any issues providing this service.)
  • All regional fees within Stockholm County, including airport fees, train and bus station fees, tolls, and port charges.

         Note: Once the complimentary waiting period has concluded, and hourly rate will be applied for every starting hour to the service.
                     Should you require the chauffeur to conclude the assignment upon expiry of the free waiting time, notification must be                                  recieved prior to the commencement of the service. 


2. Billing & Minimum Charge

          All our service packages are subject to the following billing terms:

          All bookings are subject to a minimum charge of 2 hours or the applicable airport transfer rate.
          The time is calculated per commenced hour, the chauffeur departs the Stockholm Inner Toll-zone (tullarna) and ending when the                   chauffeur returns to the Stockholm Inner Toll-zone.


3. Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • 72+ hours prior the scheduled service:        Free cancellation with no charges.
  • 24-72 hours prior the scheduled service:    50% charge applies.
  • 0-24 hours prior the scheduled service:     100% charge applies.

         Note: Payment must be confirmed before the service begins. We accept bank transfers, payment links, and Revolut Pay.


4. Chauffeur & Vehicle Standards

  • Our chauffeurs are highly trained and professional in their field. All chauffeurs hold the required permits and insurance necessary to operate this type of service. The chauffeurs will arrive at the agreed pick-up points on time, with full formal attire. The company monitors flights and adjusts schedules accordingly when flight information are provided. However, delays or schedule changes not communicated by the client may lead to extra charges. 
  • All our vehicles are totally cleaned, inspected, certified, and fully insured for commercial use. The company holds all permits and authorizations required by law.


5. Additional Charges

  • Waiting time beyond the included allowance will be billed per started hour.
  • Extra stops not included in the original booking will incur additional fees.
  • Night surcharges or holiday surcharges may apply depending on time and date.


6. Liability & Damages

  • The customer assumes full responsibility for any damages caused to the vehicle by themselves or their guests during the booking.
  • Repair or cleaning costs will be charged to the customer.
  • The company is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure).
  • Lost or forgotten items in the vehicle are the sole responsibility of the customer.


7. Prohibited Uses

  • All illegal activities (including but not limited to drugs, weapons, or contraband) are strictly prohibited. Any such activity will be reported to authorities, and an immediate penalty fee of 50,000 SEK will be charged to the booking party.
  • Any filming, photography, or use of our vehicles for music videos, commercials, or promotional purposes is strictly forbidden without prior written approval. Violation of this clause will result in a penalty fee of 50,000 SEK, in addition to possible legal actions.
  • The customer is responsible for the behavior of all passengers. Excessive intoxication, violence, or abusive behavior towards the chauffeur or the vehicle is not tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the service with No refund.


8. General

  • By booking any service with Nordic Concierge Services, the client (“Customer”) agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
  • Our services are strictly intended for transportation purposes only.
  • Any use of our vehicles for activities outside this scope (e.g., filming, events, advertising, promotional use, or similar) requires prior written approval from the company.
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be handled in Swedish courts unless otherwise agreed.
